Union Pacific City of LA at East Los Angeles Station

UPcaliforniaEASTLA2

From East LA, the last stop before LA Union Station, Union Pacific buses carried passengers to towns throughout the LA area. At Fullerton, when I was a boy, Union Pacific had a beautiful, historic station served by bus connection to and from East LA. In the ’80s the Fullerton depot was moved across Harbor Boulevard and across the UP and SFE tracks to become the historic Old Spaghetti Factory restaurant, next to the present, very active and historic Amtrak (Santa Fe) station.
